Our invoices have nothing hidden, all cost including labor onsite and office work/research, T&Ms, mileage, and any additional equipment purchased. We will help you pick quality products that will help you upgrade quickly and smoothly to help you grow your success!

We will provide an initial consultation to tour the property, sit down with you, and get a feel for how you want everything to look and feel for your rental guest, family, or employees. We will plan accordingly to the size and number of rooms, or square foot and the types of detailed cleaning you want completed. Once in service we pay great attention to detail, listing and itemizing with picture proof of how things are. In the event of something missing or damaged by guests we can report to you right away, so that you can get items replaced in a timely fashion. To help you, we will treat your home like our own. Detailed reports or checklists can be completed and provided after each cleaning or on specific requests to help you keep up with how things are going.
